How Valor Algarve handles contact forms, booking forms, customer information, analytics, cookies, retention and privacy rights.
Contact forms
Contact forms collect the information needed to respond to the enquiry. Typical fields are name, email, phone, subject and message. Data is used only to respond and manage follow-up.
Booking forms
Booking requests may collect name, phone, email, service address, vehicle details, selected package, preferred date, access notes, water/electricity availability and customer notes. A request is not an automatically confirmed appointment.
Customer information
Customer information is used for service communication, route planning, appointment records, support, operational follow-up and legal/accounting duties where applicable.
Analytics and cookies
Essential storage supports security, theme, language and consent preferences. Analytics and marketing tools must remain disabled until the visitor gives explicit consent.
Data retention
Operational contact and booking records are kept only as long as needed for service communication, customer support, tax/accounting duties where applicable, security, and legal obligations. Deletion or correction can be requested at any time by contacting Valor Algarve.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting hello@valoralgarve.pt. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
